Directions for Use as Body Spray: After showering, apply to pulse points around the body (inside of wrists, knees, elbows) as well as neck, check, and behind the ears. Reapply as needed.

Directions for Use as Linen Spray: Spray directly on clean linens. Spray approximately 6 inches away from surface you wish to spray.
