Directions for Use as Facial Scrub: Scoop a small amount in fingers and apply to damp skin, gently massaging in circular motions. Can be used with fingers or damp cloth. Rinse thoroughly with water or remove using a foaming cleanser. Follow up with a toner, serum, and light lotion/moisturizer.

Directions for Use as Body Scrub: Scoop in fingers and apply to wet skin while in shower or bath. Massage in gentle circular motions, paying extra attention to dry spots. Rinse thoroughly. Follow up with a light lotion/moisturizer.
